Ovum jump on the Telco 2.0 bandwagon

We’re delighted to see that at long last some of the traditional analyst firms are starting to explore ‘Telco 2.0’ concepts, 3 years after we kicked things off. Ovum’s contribution is here. Who was it who said that ‘imitation is the sincerest form of flattery’?

Ovum has been building its analysis around the smart enabler concept for several years, not just three as in your case. We introduced the notion of what we used to call the Intelligent Facilitator back in 2000 and have been steadily developing the model ever since.
