Speaker Biography
Paul Kilkelly
Head of Webside Realisation, BT
Paul leads BT's technology change programme for BT's digital workers.
His ambition is to see "people thriving on the internet, able to work and play anywhere, on multiple devices, safely and securely". During the last two years the team has used the internet to improve remote access services for BT's people worldwide. Now Paul wants to deliver the same or better access but without local device dependence. Paul sees high-speed internet access, identity-based control and browser access as the enablers and culture, IT conservatism and momentum as the challenges.
Paul holds a Bachelor degree in physics from the University of Manchester. His career spans research, corporate strategy and organisational change, business development and consulting, and IT programme delivery.
