Frank BoulbenFrank Boulben
New Business Development Director
Vodafone Group Plc

Frank Boulben has responsibility for the development of new consumer businesses in line with Vodafone’s Mobile Plus strategy. His initial focus is on the advertising business and developing strategic partnerships with key IP businesses.

Previously Frank was the Executive Vice President – Brand and Consumer Marketing for the Orange Group, responsible for brand and consumer propositions, market research, product marketing, devices and commercial planning. Prior to this Frank held various senior roles with Vivendi and Corporate Value Associates (CVA), including EVP Strategy for SFR Group, COO for Vivendi Universal Net and Global Head for Telecom, Media and Technology for CVA.

Frank also served on the Board of the GSMA during 2005-2006 and was Chairman of the Strategy Committee.

Frank is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and of the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He majored in network economy and management.
