Gil Gabay

Gil Gabay has responsibility for setting the vision and strategy of the valued added services group of Comverse, as well as overseeing new offering initiatives. He brings more than 15 years of experience in development and marketing of innovative high-tech products having taken part in pioneering such domains as Videoconferencing, Instant Messaging, and IPTV.
Gil previously held senior marketing and business development positions with ECI Telecom, a leader in telecommunications infrastructure equipment for triple play. Prior to ECI, Gil co-founded and held the position of CEO of SiteCore, an instant messaging pioneer. Before SiteCore, Gil served as an R&D manager at VCON, a world leader of Video Conferencing products.
Gil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA in Marketing from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
