Tarek Wahba

Tarek Wahba has over 11 years experience in the Telco industry sector. At present, he is holding the position of Product Development Senior Manager at Orascom Telecom Holding, reporting to the Commercial Planning & Intelligence Director. Tarek is responsible for enhancing and following up the VAS revenues and ARPUs across all Orascom Telecom’ subsidiaries, in addition to his contribution in defining the company's strategies towards new technologies.
Previously, Tarek held different positions within the Orascom Telecom group. He worked for 5 years in the Value Added Services department in Mobinil (Egypt), where he was responsible for the development of the messaging and data services. Afterwards, he joined Djezzy (Algeria) for one year, where he was managing the launch for the data services in the Algerian subsidiary.
Tarek holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Telecommunications & Electronics from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.
