Dr Volker Binder

Volker Binder earned a doctorate at University of St. Gallen, Switzerland after his studies of business administration at the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He began his professional career at Beiersdorf AG where for two years he engaged in international controlling, before moving on to DaimlerChrysler Services AG in Berlin as Head of Strategy Development. Subsequent to this he established as co-founder and board member 4 Content AG a German content syndicator. Since end of 2001 he has been working for T-Online International AG, Germany as Department Head Mobile Internet gradually expanding his responsibilities to include Product Marketing IP Services & Convergence. His area of responsibility was recently renamed Near Access.
Volker Binder’s department is responsible for concept, marketing as well as further development of the T-Home product portfolio, including all IP-based services regarding Communication, Security, Software & Transaction as well as Convergent Portal Services.
