Dr. Dieter Lange
Professor for Telecommunications Strategy, Ashcroft International Business School, Cambridge
Dieter Lange (PhD) is a Professor for Telecommunications Strategy in the Department of International Business Strategy at the Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge, UK. He is a co-chairman of the Centre for Strategic Studies in Cambridge, focussing on market disruptions and business model changes associated with NGN and IMS developments. Dieter also lectures at the Berlin School of Economics.
For more than two decades, he has worked in the telecommunications industry and consulting business. His appointments included Program Manager and Executive Vice-President of Deutsche Telekom and Vice President and Managing Director for Telecommunications at Capgemini and A.T. Kearney respectively. Dieter has published a number of articles and books on strategic heuristics for profitable revenue growth in the ICT markets, complementing his previous roles as a consultant to the ministry of science and technology and to various industrial advisory councils.
