Tilo Heckmann
Technology Strategy Manager, O2 (Germany)
Tilo has been at o2 (Germany) since 1997. For the last 2 years Tilo Heckmann has been Technology Strategy Manager at o2 (Germany). In this role he is responsible for analysis and evaluation of innovative technologies and the preparation of strategic decisions in the technology area. In the context of fixed mobile convergence Tilo is working on the impact on the existing technology base and the opportunities for the industry of applying the IMS model.
Before he entered strategy he was responsible for design and development of data networks and services.
Tilo Heckmann studied electrotechnology at University of Karlsruhe and graduated as Dilp-Ing.
